Job Description: Customer Support Executive
Location: ChennaiExperience: 0-2 yrs experience
Role Summary & Key Objectives:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with 0–2 years of experience to handle customer queries through calls and emails, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent service. The ideal candidate should have strong Hindi and English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions through voice calls and
email support while ensuring excellent customer service.
Must be fluent in Hindi/English with good verbal and written communication skills.
Should have knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely followup until closure.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, adhere to company processes, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
